Rita M. Muniz's Obituary
Rita M. Muniz passed away Monday, October 10, 2011. A resident of Covington since 2004, she was born May 29, 1946 in Lubbock, TX to Marilyn Autin and the late J.M. Mayfield, Jr.
She was the beloved mother of Thomas S. Blankenship, Bobby M. Blankenship (Aimee), Kelli B. Helms (Keith), Mark I. Melancon and the late Scott R. Blankenship (Stephanie); sister of William E., David W. and Ginger A. Mayfield and Martha Hall. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend memorial services at 7:30 PM on Friday, October 14, 2011 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
Visiting hours will begin Friday at 5:00 PM.
