I was so fortunate to be one of Mrs. Fitzpatrick's students at St. Raphael. She was always kind and fair and was the kind of teacher that brought out the best in all of her students. My deepest sympathy to her entire family. She will be missed.

I will always remember Ms. Rita. She was so happy when she found out that we were both "Ursuline girls". She was always so gracious and happy. I will miss her smile at Christwood.

Rita and I became good friends several years before she moved to Christwood. I enjoyed spending time with, listening to stories from her life. She was a very kind, sweet, and special lady. She will be missed by her many friends. Love you Rita.

I am so sorry for your loss. My sister just sent me the notice. I remember Mrs. Fitzpatrick from St. Raphael where she taught several of the Macaluso family. My mother was always extremely pleased when one of her children (there were 8 of us) had Mrs. Fitzpatrick as our teacher. Great teacher, great lady.
