Richard "Richie" Leon LeBreton's Obituary
Richard “Richie” Leon LeBreton passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024. He was born in Madisonville, LA on January 25, 1944.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Linda Brignac LeBreton; his children, Richard L. LeBreton, Jr. (Sondra), Suzanne L. Carboni (John) and Jeremy L. LeBreton (Rachel); Gramps’grandchildren, Xavier, John, Colton, Zachary, Richard “Tripp”, Tristan, Joseph, Garrett and Abigail. He is also survived by his sister, Audrey LeBreton, and nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Hazel Glass LeBreton and John LeBreton; and siblings, John A. LeBreton and Ethel LeBreton Sticker.
Mr. LeBreton was a lifelong resident of the Northshore and a parishioner of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. He devoted his life to his wife, children and grandchildren.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate Masses offered for Mr. LeBreton.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Avenue, Covington LA 70433 on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM with visitation on Thursday beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow in Garden of Pines Cemetery.
