Richard “Dickie” Cambre, Covington’s beloved milkman, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at the age of 64.
Beloved companion of Glenda Plescia. Former husband of Deborah McLain. Loving father of Jerome Richard Cambre II, Courtney Voyd Cambre and Destiny G.C. Cambre. Son of Jerome Richard Cambre and the late Margaret Cusimano Cambre. Brother of Jimmy Cambre and Marguerite Cambre. Grandfather of Dylan Cambre, Dalton Cambre, Harrison Cambre and Vivienne Rose Buchta.
Dickie served his community for over 36 years where his customers were his loyal friends.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 at 3:00 PM with visitation on Sunday from 1:30 PM until service time.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
