Richard Leroy Bowden's Obituary
Richard Leroy Bowden passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the age of 81.
Loving husband of 59 years to Lois Martin Bowden. Beloved father of Gerilynn St. Cyr (Gary) and Eddie Bowden (Daren). Son of the late Kathryn Blau Bowden and Leroy Clifford Bowden. Brother of Tina Latino, Paul Bowden and the late Mary Kay Cole and Judy Kennedy. Grandfather of Jason (Frances), Brian (Megan), Neil (Andi), Robyn, Sean St. Cyr, Ashley Zito (Joey), Michael Shubert, Stacie and Kelley Bowden. Great-grandfather of Cameron, Laiden, Ethan, Madeline, Evan, Braylen and Gavin.
Mr. Bowden was a U.S. Air Force Korean Conflict veteran and a member of I.B.E.W. Local 130.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Tuesday beginning at 9:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
