Raymond Murry Pond's Obituary
Raymond Murry Pond, 85 years old of Covington, LA, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. He was born in Cheraw, SC on February 10, 1939.
He was the beloved father and grandfather who adored his family and friends. He is survived by his daughter, Tyler Pond Fussell and her husband, Brian; his son, Kevin Pond and his wife, Jana; his 6 grandchildren; Kyle Fussell, Caroline Fussell Badon and her husband, Hunter, Miles Pond, Ava Fussell, Matthew Pond, Joleigh Pond, and expecting great-grandchild Reece Badon. He is also survived by his nieces; Lydia Pond Gazzo and her husband, Jimmy, Lisa Pond Texada and her husband, James, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby Berry Pond and Baxter McClendon Pond; and brother, James “Jimmy” Pond.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
