My dearest and sweetest brother,
I was sooooo blessed to have you in my life.
Although we were miles apart, you were always in my heart.
Our daily chats gave us both some laughs, and I will certainly miss them. It was like a good morning or good night medicine. You always made my day.
I want to thank you for your loving and caring ways that you showed me each and every time we talked. You shared my concerns over my son Keith's health, You called me everyday, sometimes twice a day to ask about him. You would calm me by saying " take one day at a time and pray. That is all you can do". And " do" I did. Your baby sister always listened to you. haha. You never let on to me how you were suffering with that ankle or any other ailment. You spared me all of that through your kindness and unselfish ways.
Ray, all of my 7 children not only loved you but admired and respected you. They all feel a great loss.
Remember what I told you when I was holding your hand and praying with you in your last hours? I told you to save a place for me next to Dad, Mom, our brother Albert and of course your beloved Nina. I will be forever grateful to God to have blessed me with that time alone with you as we shared our thoughts and prayers. I know you smiled at me just a tiny bit before you said goodbye. Thank you for that.
Well my darling Ray, i will say goodnight to you but you will still be in my thoughts, my prayers and my heart. Thank you for being my brother. I will feel very lonesome without you. As they say I am the last of the Mohican's. Please pray for me till we meet again and may you rest in peace in the arms of God. I love you
Your loving "baby" sister,
Margo
