Raymond Joseph Boudreaux's Obituary
Raymond Joseph Boudreaux, 86, of Bush, LA passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. He was born on March 9, 1931 in New Orleans, LA to the late Hector C. Boudreaux, Sr. and the late Agatha Boudreaux.
Ray is survived by his three girls Donna Marie Boudreaux, Deborah Boudreaux Betbeze, Rayanne Boudreaux LeNormand (Alton); four grandchildren Autumn Betbeze, Heidi LeNormand, Sydney Betbeze, and Holly LeNormand; and three great-grandchildren Stella Vickers, Olivia LeNormand, and Aubrie LeNormand. Raymond is also survived by his brothers Hector C. Boudreaux, Jr. and Joseph Boudreaux, a host of nieces, and a nephew.
Raymond is preceded in death by his beloved wife LaVerne Boudreaux.
Raymond was man of tremendous faith and a dedicated member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. His favorite saying was “a son is a son until he gets a wife, but a daughter is a daughter all her life”, and he considered himself blessed to have his ten “girls”.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 20370 Smith Rd, Covington, LA 70435 on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11:00 AM with visitation at the church on Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow the service in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, Covington, LA.
