Randy Layne Miley Sr.'s Obituary
Randy Layne Miley, Sr. passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022. He was born on May 11, 1962 in Baton Rouge, LA to the late Leon Miley and Ola Mae Bennett Miley.
Randy was the beloved husband of Tina Jenkins Miley of 40 years. He was the loving father of Lacie Cecile Miley-O’Hern (John) and Randy Layne Miley, Jr. (Selena). Randy was the proud grandfather of Mason O’Hern and Zoe O’Hern, Peyton Miley, Alayna Miley, and Drew Miley. He was the brother of Stanley Miley (Yvonne) and Tammy Granger (Jack).
Randy was a loving and dedicated Husband, Dad and Grandpaw. He was a kind-hearted friend and advisor to those in need and a father-figure to many. He was devoted to his God, his church, and his family. Randy loved spending time with his family hunting, fishing, and camping especially in the mountains. There is a space now that can never be filled but he leaves behind a great legacy to be carried by his family and friends. Randy left this earth too soon and will be missed by many.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at The Pentecostals of Lee Road, 17700 LA-40, Covington, LA 70435 on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 2:00 PM with visitation from 10:00 AM until service time.
