Very sorry to read of the passing of your dear loved one Randel. It seems that life is such a precious gift and yet so short-lived for the time we exist. The holds words of comfort and encouragement. God holds out a wonderful hope for all those in the grave. At John 11:25 Jeuse said " I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE. HE THAT EXERCIES FAITH IN ME, EVEN THOUGH HE DIES, WILL COME TO LIFE." The bible gives nine accounts of ones who were resurrected. What a blessed reason to hope in God! (John 5-28,29) With your gift of memories of Randel they will bring you great joy. Grieving is the normal and natural respond to the loss of some one you love. I found three ways that helped me. Talking and writing about my feelings. Also reading the infoemation in the bible about the resurrection. Continue to lean on Jehovah God for the strength you need at this sad time. Agape M.L.Hurt
I was so sad to hear the news about Randy. I have known Randy for a long time and have fond memories of him at NCUA Regional Conferences. He was fun to be with and usually organized a golf scramble for us. I remember how he cherished being a father with his son playing golf. My prayers are with you.
I always enjoyed working with Randy. He was a man who clearly enjoyed being with his family and his place on the water. My prayers are with you.
I am very sorry for your loss. I worked with Randy several years ago when we were both examiners at NCUA. He was always a pleasure to be around.
I was caught off guard when I saw Randy Sr death notice in the paper. He was a great man, and a great father. He allowed Randy Jr. to play recreation sports and then junior high sports. I was Randy Jr's coach most of his childhood. It was like father, like son. I great parent to have in your corner. Randy Jr. we have not seen each other in years and it would be great to hear or see you. I left my e-mail address. Your dad taught you well, and I know in my heart that you will be ok. God Bless you Randy and again I pray I hear from you.

My sincere condolences to the Helm family. Randy and I grew up together. We both attended Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Metairie, and Warren Easton High School in New Orleans. We spent many hours playing basketball in his parent's back yard, and playing tennis (he was the number 1 singles and doubles player on our team at Warren Easton). He had a zest for life and was a good friend. I will miss him very much.
I worked with Randy as his NCUA supervisor for several years before the state of Louisiana was incorporated into Region IV. I remember him as a co-worker, son, dad, grand dad that worked hard, cared deeply, and gave his best for the people in his life. That meant so much, not just to his family, but to all those whose lives he touched. Rest in peace, Randy!
I will always have the most wonderful memories of Randall. As a cousin we spent many Christmases together as children at the Herman Christmas party.
Remembering Randall will always put a smile on my face. I never heard an unkind word from him. Randall always had a wonderful smile for everyone.
We know you will miss him dearly but his ordeal is over and he is finally comfortable.

I had heard of Randy for many years but did not have the pleasure of meeting and working with him until about 5 years ago. He was an extremely nice and caring person and will be missed.
