Ralph Leonard Patrick's Obituary
Ralph Leonard Patrick, Sr. passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his loved ones on Sunday, May 24, 2015 at the age of 78.
Loving father of Ralph Patrick, Jr. (Lisa), Robyn Patrick Guidry, Ryan Shane Patrick (Stephanie) and Rhett Shannon Patrick (Unica). Grandfather of Connor, Colin, Anna and Noah Patrick, Kyle, Shane and Karah Guidry, and Anika Patrick. He was lovingly cared for by his sweetheart of 19 years, Marie DeVillier. He was a good friend to her children, Edward DeVillier (Connie), Michelle Ernst (Rob), Nanette Fuselier (Jr.) and her grandchildren Sarah, Brian, Beau, Zackary, Richard, Garrett, Bailey, Peyton, Reilly and Madison. He is also survived by his former wife Jean Shane Patrick; and his brothers, Sydney Patrick and Don Patrick. He was preceded in death by his parents, Florence Theresa Lapuyade Patrick and Earl Paul Patrick; and his siblings, Earl Patrick, Jr., Shirley Johnson Letellier and Lawrence Patrick, Sr.
Ralph was an avid outdoorsman who was most happy on the water with family and friends. He was the life of our party and will be greatly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial Mass at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Thursday beginning at 9:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Patrick to be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
