Phyllis Joan Fullerton passed away on Tuesday November 16, 2021 at the age of 92. Beloved friend of Alecia R. Peck Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd R. Fullerton and Lorraine Terry Marbury Fullerton; and her sis Read Obituary
We were neighbors in the Quarter for years, but I was happy to see her start her life on the north shore. Phyllis was one of those people you could talk to about anything and get back only support and positive words. There are too few people like her in this world. She had said it was her goal to make 100--I always hoped she would make it...
So sad to finally find out about Phyllis. I first met her in her French Quarter shop in 1978! Loved her and her fountains; of which I have quite a few of, and other nice things from her shop.
She truly was unique. She was inspirational. I am thankful for having known her. Many good memories.

We are so saddened to hear of her passing and want to give our most sincere condolences to her family and friends. We have such lovely memories of visiting New Orleans and Phyllis when she had her garden shop in the Quarter. We became friends with this beautiful and caring lady from our mutual love of Teddy Bears. Heaven has a very precious angel now. Rest in Peace, Phyllis...we love you.
