Philip Bryant Richard passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019 in Covington, LA.
Heis survived by his Godson, Ramon and his wife, Carolyn Garcia, his nephew, Bruce and his wife, Jan Garner, and his nephew, Danny and Barbara Towner.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Liturgy of the Word at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 3:00 PM with visitation from 1:00 PM until service time.
