There are no words to describe Philip Otto Nicard, except one of a kind. My acquaintance wiith Philip was much less than could ever be desired, though, he has filled my life. Though he was a pain at times, those pains lend to the greatest most pleasurable moments. I will miss forever, "Its time for a break, let's go get coffee." Hotdogs on an open fire........................................And most of all just being there for me always. Philip, You Are One Of A Kind.
Philip's infectious smile and fun-loving spirit will stay with me forever! I loved watching him accept the Lord into his heart and his life! He is truly and inspiration to many!
