Pauline Harrell "Polly" Pennington's Obituary
Pauline Nettie Harrell Pennington, lovingly known as “Polly”, was born November 19, 1925 in Ethelsville, Alabama and entered into eternal rest on Thursday September 22, 2016.
Polly was the daughter of the late Mozell Hawthorne and Earl Donahue Harrell, sister of the late Earline Bourque, and wife of James Herbert Pennington. She leaves behind her two daughters, Charlotte Smith (Rick) and Paula Courtney (Tom); three grandchildren Kristina Goebel Vicknair, Jason Courtney (Amy) and Nick Courtney (Jessica); five great-grandchildren Ashley Vicknair (Zach), Eva Courtney, Jason Courtney Jr., Abby Tucker, and Kylie Courtney; step grandmother of Jeremy and Kelly, step great-grandmother of Justin and Courtney Cambre, Laura and Kane Presley; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family invites you to celebrate her life. Visitation will be at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st. Ave, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 12:00 Noon until Services at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow the service at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Covington, LA.
