Pauline Elizabeth Labin Navo's Obituary
Pauline Elizabeth Labin Navo passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Herman L. Navo, Sr. Loving mother of Herman L. Navo, Jr. (Betsy) and Guy B. Navo (Kim). Daughter of the late Elise Scheffler Labin and William Labin. Sister of the late William Labin II, Marilyn Labin and Janet Labin. Grandmother of Megan Kugler, Herman “Trey” Navo III, Jeni Green, Jamie Mahne and Cole Hausler. Also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Navo was a native of New Orleans where she graduated from Nicholls High School and was a longtime resident of Chalmette until Hurricane Katrina when she moved to Hammond.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Thursday beginning at 9:00 AM.
Interment will follow in St. Roch Cemetery #1.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Navo to be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 707 W Dakota St, Hammond, LA 70401 www.stpaulhammond.org .
