Patsy Fisher Cook's Obituary
Patsy Fisher Cook passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024 in Covington, LA. She was born on September 11, 1924 in San Antonio, TX to the late James Joseph Fisher and Bella Marie Garcia Fisher.
Patsy was the beloved wife of the late Ernest E. Cook, Sr. She was the loving mother of Edward E. Cook, Diane C. Lockfield, the late Patricia C. Harrison, and Ernest E. Cook, Jr. Patsy was the proud grandmother of Edward E. Cook, Jr., Ernest E. Cook, Sean Paul Harrison, Patrick Harrison, and Collin Lockfield, IV. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Lynn Lang and Mildred Fisher.
Patsy was a pistol. There was never a dull moment with her. Patsy was a hard worker well into her later years. She was a loving, caring wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed.
Funeral Services will be held privately by the family at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Interment will follow the service at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Covington, LA. Please Share a Memory on the Tribute Wall at www.ejfieldingfh.com.
