Patricia Bennett Mathas on Monday, March 20, 2006. She is the beloved wife of the late Eugene Havard Mathas, Sr.; mother of Joanne M. LeCompte, Eugene H. Mathas, Jr., Cheryl L. Stevens and Darren E. Mathas; sister of Ronald and the late Robert Bennett. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Kristy P. LeCompte, Kenneth J. LeCompte, Jr. and Donnie M. Stevens. Age 70, a native of Lutcher, LA and a resident of Waldheim, LA for the past 25 years. Relatives, friends of the family and employees of South Central Bell are invited to attend Funeral Services on Thursday, March 23, 2006 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, Inc., 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM. Interment services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HOST for Hospice of St. Tammany, 4410 Hwy 22, Mandeville, LA 70471.
