I had the immense pleasure of getting to know Ms. Pat in the last year and a half at Heritage Manor. She was one of the most selfless and loving people I've ever known. My name is Roy Long. Pat was my first cousin. After Pat's mother (my Aunt Eunice) died, Patricia and her brother Allen came to live with us. Pat lived with us until she graduated high school. She was like a sister to me. She was a good person. I am sorry she had passed but I am sure she is in a better place.
