Ophelia Ann Marange's Obituary
On Friday, April. 25, 2008, the gates of heaven opened to welcome Ophelia Ann “Pet” Marange home. Age 69 years, she was a native and lifelong resident of Mandeville, LA. Beloved sister of Blanche Marange Schlenker; mother of Debra Ann Taylor, Heintz Michael Taylor, Jr. and Augusta Marie Taylor; grandmother of Stacy Kilborn Jeffress, Sarah Elizabeth Taylor and Brandon Kyle Bennett; great-grandmother to LilyAnne Grace Jeffress. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Heintz Michael Taylor, Sr.; a sister, Maxine Marange Martinez; her mother, Gussie Quave Marange; and her father, Ludovic Marange. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation will be on Monday, April 28, 2008 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 from 9:00 AM to service time. Interment will follow at a later date in Mandeville Cemetery.
