Norman Ray Bor's Obituary
Norman R. Bor passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2008. He was born June 13, 1927 in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada to the late Peter and Dena Dornbush Borr and was a resident of Bush before moving to Covington.
He was the beloved husband of Marjorie Oalmann Kohnke Bor and is survived by two step-daughters, Barbara Lee and Constance Mahady. He is the brother of Dwain Borr and Delores Hess. Mr. Bor was a Seaman with 38 years of service to his country through the Coast Guard, Merchant Marines and he served in the Army during WW II.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 11:00 AM from the chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Visiting hours will begin at 9:00 AM.
Interment will be at Biloxi National Cemetery.
