Myrtle Weathers Perrier's Obituary
Myrtle “Moe” Weathers Perrier died peacefully surrounded by her three children at her home in Covington, Louisiana on Monday, April 9, 2007.
Moe was such a gracious hostess here on earth by lovingly providing her favorite foods to so many friends and loved ones. She now is a guest at the Heavenly Banquet.
She was born April 30, 1922 to the late Aloysius Benedict Weathers and Myrtle Catherine Doyle in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was the beloved wife of the late Eugene J. Perrier, III; mother of Sister Rochelle Perrier, M.S.C., Sister Christine Perrier, M.S.C. and Father Thomas Perrier, O.S.B.. She was preceded in death by her brother John Weathers. She is also survived by a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral Mass on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at 2:15 p.m. at St. Joseph Abbey with interment at the Abbey cemetery. Visiting hours will begin at the church Thursday at 12:15 p.m.
