Mollie Elizabeth Poirson, age 77 of Covington, LA died on Thursday, April 08, 2021, at Baton Rouge General-Mid City in Baton Rouge, LA. Born, Thursday, June 03, 1943 in New Orleans, LA to Claude Remé Poirson and Elizabeth Walder.
Survived by her Brother - Claude Robert Poirson, Niece - Elizabeth A Poirson, Nephews - Michael Poirson, and Matthew Poirson, Step Son - Dalton E Desforges, Step-Daughters - Denise D Crespo, and Dana D Bullentini, Grandchildren – Caityn Crespo, Stasia Crespo and Samuel Bullentini, and Godchildren – Kecia LaCoste Costello and Michelle Schroeder.
She was predeceased by her Husband - Robert E. Desforges, Father - Claude Remé Poirson, and Mother - Elizabeth Walder Poirson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 9:00 AM to service time.
Interment in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery, St. Benedict, LA.
