Beloved son of Gilberto Romo, Sr. and Teresa Silva. Brother of Linda Romo. Grandson of Lutgardo Silva and the late Teresa Silva. Nephew of Mike, Luke, Joe, Silva and Mercedes and Cesar Perisch. Cousin of Shurron Silva, Rebeca and Cesar Perich, and a host of other cousins and family members.

Mickey enjoyed meteorology as a hobby and his family called him “Weather Boy”.
Age 21 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Mandeville, LA for many years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Thursday August 10, 2006 at 10:30 AM from Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church 2115 Jefferson Street Mandeville, LA 70448. Visitation on Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home 2260 West 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433 and again on Thursday at the church from 10:00 AM until service time.
