It is with great sadness that I have just learned of Mickey's passing. Mickey and I attended LSU together, shared an apartment in Baton Rouge during the mid 1970's (next to Sandy & Vicky), worked with each other at 7-11 for awhile, and participated in many great adventures as 20 year old "men of the world". During those times, I could not have asked for a better friend; and, can honestly state, they were some of the most memorable times of my life as a young man. I am proud to have shared those times with Mickey.
Rest in Peace Mickey. I'm sure you have earned it.
