Dear Dana-I am just finding out about Michael and I am sorry that I did not early enough to attend his services. He was and will always be one of my favorite patients. He was a gentle man, who loved his family. He was always updating me about the kids and what you guys were up to. He was kind and sweet and felt more like a friend than a patient. Cathy and Family,I was saddened to hear of the loss of yor son, Michael, It is so very hard to lose a loved one especially a child -no matter how young or old. We recently lost my sister's husband, Peggy Estopional, Rob at the age of 72.i was at Ochsner yesterday seing my surgeon and preparing for surgery myself when I met Diane Barselman and asked if she had your address or phone number. She gave them to me and hopefully in the near future I can call you and chat.I also passed the information along to Bsarbara Johnson Cornay (SJA class of '63(She currently resides in River Ridge with her daughter and family on 3rd or 4th St. The plans have been made for a 50 year class reunion on April 13th and 14th, 2013 (which is in 2 weeks) The 13th will be a Mass at Holy Cross Campus with a cocktail party and the 14th is a luncheon at the Chateau Country Club. I am hoping to be able to attend the luncheon. My surgery is schedule for 4/8.Again my condolences to you and your family at such a sorrowful time.
