John, I am so sorry to hear about Merrily's passing. I didn't know until just now. She was such a sweetheart and ya'll were such a beautiful couple. My kids will be sad to hear about her passing. I remember they always wanted to go my friends that had all the pretty girls. We had such a great working relationship and always enjoyed being with you and Merrily. I think of ya'll so often and will miss the posts of ya'll. May she rest in peace.

John (red bean) We are so heart broken to hear this news. Merrily (rice) was the sweetest, most beautiful person both inside and out. Kent remembers going to her house when they were teens and listening to music and dancing and eating king cakes. She was always such a gracious person. There wasn't a person that she meet that wasn't considered a friend. Everyone liked her. She was a friend magnet. You could always go talk to Merrily about anything. Our hearts break for you and your family Johnny. We send our deepest condolences. The family is in our prayers.

Philip and I were so sorry to hear about Merrily. We had been praying for her. She was truly a one of a kind. She had that rare blend of kindness and caring along with her wonderful sense of humor and honesty. Philip is forever grateful to her for seeking him out years ago to let him know about a wonderful 10 yr diabetic study that may have saved his life. We never forgot that kindness. We are continuing to pray for The family that you may have peace
