I loved and respected you precious mother so much. She was a shiny light who always had a beautiful smile and kind, loving words for everyone she met. Mercy adored her daughters and grandchildren more than you can possibly imagine. I will miss her joy for life; her warm, caring personality; her total devotion to her family; and her incredible faith that sustain her. May God give all of you peace and comfort as you go through this very difficult time of grieving.
I will always remember Mercy as a wonderful person and awesome human being. A warm, loving, beautiful smile on her face all the time. She had love in her heart for all that approached her, compassionate, and caring. Always had time to listen to a conversation and give a loving reply. She was a neighbor and each time we saw each other, a wave and kind word was always shared. Her love and and devotion to God was present at all times. She now is an angel and resident in Heaven, no more pain or tears for Mercy, only beautiful streets of gold and angels singing and talking and walking with God, and eternal life there along side of her husband. May you Rest In Peace, you will be missed.

So sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved a Mother, Mercy. I have fond memories of working with Mercy over the years and as part of the Class Sponsors at FHS. One of the best memories was your mother’s 1st Senior Trips and they put her on my bus to teach her the ropes. We had a wonderful time together.

We didn't see her as much as we liked, but when we did she was always full of life, happy and a joy to be around. Love her and her family so much and cherish the times we see one another. God bless you forever and ever

I’ll always remember your Mom’s beautiful smile and spirit. She had a great joy for life. You two were her world. She was so proud of her two beautiful grandchildren.
I know she left a last impression on all of her students. I had the great pleasure of seeing this for myself. One day I noticed your Mom in Walmart and we were talking. A former student walked passed and hugged her and they spoke for a few minutes. He left and a few minutes later he came back and found her and a have a her a dozen roses. If was so touching to witness. It made her eyes filled with tears. At that moment, I said to her that it must feel so good to know that you have left that impression on someone so young. It was so powerful to see how her love for learning shaped someone’ life.
Your Mom was such a kind, loving and generous woman who never had a bad word to say about anyone. She found the good in everyone. I see that in both of you.
Take comfort that she is at home with your Dad. They are happy together again. Love y’all.
