Melba Ann Riché Delaney, 76 of Ponchatoula, LA died on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at Belle Maison Nursing Home in Hammond, LA. Born, Tuesday, November 22, 1938 in Plaucheville, LA to Rivers Riché and Rita Riché.
Survived by her beloved husband of 59 years- Philip Elray Delaney, daughters - Faye Zimmerman (George), Mary Delaney, and Diane Delaney, granddaughters - Krissy Zimmerman, Amanda Zimmerman Franklin, Sloane Zimmerman, and Lauren Zimmerman, grandsons - Steven Jacob, and Brenton Jacob, and sister - Judy Fruge. Also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren
She was predeceased by her son - Michael Delaney, and parents.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home.
Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Covington, LA.
