I have many fond memories of Aunt Mearl from the many family events shared as I was growing up. Sorry for the loss, but happy to have had her warmth and example. She is missed.

I don't know if this is the same Mearl Schott from Harahan, but I used to work with her at AT&T. If this is the same Mrs. Schott, I have to say she was a very sweet lady. It was a privilege to know her. If this is not the same Mrs. Schott, I offer my prayers for her.
