Dear Sam, Tracey, Greg and Michael,
My words cannot adequately express to you my heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your most wonderful wife and mother.
The workplace brought us together some thirteen years ago, both being employed in the Business Office at Lakeview Medical Center. My position there was brief ( 2 years ), but the friendships made during that time were the deepest, most long standing, I have ever formed in my entire thirty-five years in the working world. Maxine ( Max, as I called her ), played a HUGE role in creating a close knit group, and I was drawn to her immediately. Her sincerity and true interest in each individual was instantly striking, a quality I found to be totally admirable.
We shared the same sense of humor, the love of laughter, and did get into some trouble for laughing too much at work.
Max was a kind, sweet and gentle soul. She had a way of making me feel special by just being her friend. I will miss her deeply, until God calls me home, but I do thank Him for bringing Max into my life, for I am a better person for having known and loved her.
Rest in peace, my dearest friend. Love, Dianne
