Matthew E. Klebba's Obituary
Matthew E. Klebba went to his creator on Saturday May 26, 2007 at age 44, the victim of an ATV accident.
He was the son of Polly and E.J. Klebba who mourn the loss of a loving and much beloved son. He is survived by four sisters: Theresa M. Brown, Mary Jo Napolitano, Christine A. Klebba, Jane C. Maniscalo and two brothers: Paul and Peter Klebba. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews. Matt was cheerful man with a perpetual smile to whom “family” was the keyword of his life. He “gave” of himself endlessly on his family’s behalf whenever and wherever he was needed and did so with love. His family came to depend on his consistent availability and his loving smile. Guided by God and his Gaurdian Angel, Matt had some early adulthood difficulties that he overcame with great effort and determination. He was a man of great pride in his chosen work, the construction field, became a student of the building trade and an expert in every phase. “Doing the job right” was almost a Bible to him and would settle for nothing less than perfection. His co-workers knew him as a field leader who would not accept anything less than their best effort and perfection in results. Matt loved Louisiana and was a passionate hunter and fisherman. As with his vocation, Matt was a constant student of fishing and treasured the time he spent “wetting a line” with his brothers. He joyfully recounted each of those adventures with everyone and cheerfully kept all supplied with the wily speckled trout. We all will miss the smiles, the hugs and the company of a man who inspired love and brought great pride to his family. Truly, a treasure has passed from us.
