What a wonderful women, wife and mother Mrs. Mary K was. I was first introduced to her as Jim's mom back when we were just 5 years old. Spent many nights and ate many meals at the 2 Wilson residences in CCC. Mrs. Mary K was very tolerant of our rambunctious and energetic adolescence but would lay the law down quickly when deemed necessary. The world has lost a wonderful light. RIP Mrs. Mary K.
I will miss my mother-in-law. I loved how family oriented she was and enjoyed her epic stories. She loved her kids and grandkids so much and was devoted to PawPaw. She loved my cooking, and I looked forward to bringing her dinners. We will miss her, but know she is reunited with PawPaw and her sons.
Mary K “Mimi” was a very devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was always supportive of her family’s endeavors. She shared the family’s love of fishing at the fishing camp in Delacroix. Many fish were caught at Mimi’s favorite fishing spot… fondly dubbed by the family as “Momma’s Hole”. She and Doc loved Mardi Gras, Tulane and the Saints. They enjoyed many years in the Krewe of Olympia. I was lucky enough to marry her daughter,Brenda,and was welcomed into the family enabling me to share and be apart of those and so many other wonderful memories with her and her loving family. Mimi will be deeply missed and always loved in our hearts forever.
My grandmother was an extremely loving person with a huge heart. She was always there for me when I needed someone to turn to. I spent a lot of time with Mimi and I would not trade those memories for anything. This past year we had many good times, eating sushi, getting ice cream, watching her favorite channels on tv, and so much more. Every time I was with her she would tell me stories about her life and my family. I’m so glad to have known my Mimi for so long and I will never forget the times we had. She was truly a one of a kind person💗. I’m so glad so many people have beautiful memories to share of her. She is so loved and cherished.
Mary K was my cousin and friend. Although we drifted apart as adults, we spent many summers together as children. She always had an adventurous spirit - that same adventurous spirit that kept us in trouble. We had some great times and I will cherish those memories always.

My mom loved my dad, her children, and especially her grand babies. My girls were fortunate enough to get to spend a lot of time with their Mimi, and she spoiled them rotten. Some of my most memorable times with my mom were traveling summers playing the tennis circuit. She was always supportive of my sport and spent countless hours courtside watching me play. I will also remember her for her artistic skills that were God-given. She created beautiful works of art in many different mediums throughout her life. The queens dress she created for me still hangs in my closet. I love you mom!
My Mimi was the most loving grandma to me and my sister. She was kind and always made me laugh. She was full of love for her family❤️. She always made me smile everytime I visited her and I looked forward to seeing her everytime I was home. She will be remembered as the great woman she was. I love you forever Mimi and glad u had a great and fulfilling life.
My mother had a quick wit and always had a story to share. Her sense of humor engaged those around her and will be missed by all. She adored her grandchildren and especially taking them on “grandparent only” trips on the train. It was a very special time for my parents and the children. Her God given artistic gifts are seen in all that she touched..her beautiful home, paintings, ceramics and crafts. You will be forever remembered in my heart.
