My prayers include your lovely families. Your Mom was a wonderful example of Christian Love. I have many memories of time spent with your family, and feel blessed to have known her. Now she is Home with Mr. Percy and our Lord.
Dear Ann, Mary Pratt & Family,
On behalf of my entire family, {George W. Stokes, Sr}, we extend our deepest sympathies to your family at this time. I remember your mother with fond memories from my years at St. Scholastica Academy and of the times my mother volunteered with your mother in the SSA cafeteria serving lunch to all the students. Your mother was an amazing lady and I remember her welcoming smile when I visited your Covington bookstore. She make a difference in the lives of many and will be missed for her wonderful spirit and generous heart. May your fond and cherished memories of your beloved mother bring you peace and comfort now and always.
Thinking of you,
George-Ann Stokes-Townsend & family
It was a pleasure to have met your parents through your cousin Will. Over the past year I would visit your mother at Christwood where my mother lives . After sitting in the room with your mother and Will and listening to them speak in family code another words about people I did not know. I thought it would be funny to pretend I did not know Walker was her husband, and asked your mother if she had ever met the famous writer . Her reply was i enjoyed everyday since a young lady with him. My reply was how lucky and confessed I was joking with them. Peace and love to your family. They now share eternal peace together . jimmy delery
