Mary Catherine Thomas' Obituary
Mary Catherine Rogers Thomas passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2007.
Beloved mother of Dinah Thomas Nelson and her husband Jim and Douglas Fred Thomas; special grandmother to Kristin Nelson Perry and her husband Keith Adam; and sister to Dorothy Jean Rogers King, Martha Ruth Rogers Roberts and Jimmy Rogers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Thomas, Jr.; her mother, Vera Lucile Pittman Rogers; her father, John David Rogers; and an infant brother, David Rogers.
Age 83 years, she was a native of Water Valley, MS and had been a resident of Mandeville, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation at the funeral home will begin at 9:00 AM and continue until service time.
The family would like to thank the staff of Southerland Place for their care and compassion for Catherine.
