Mary Lou Taylor's Obituary
Mary Lou Taylor age 70 ¬of Covington passed away Friday morning, November 13, 2020. She was born on December 30, 1949 in Covington, Louisiana to Henry White and Mary Phillips.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years John Taylor, her children Johnny Taylor and Denise Taylor Bellendorf (Ryan), her 5 grandchildren Johnny Taylor, Brice Taylor, Nylia Bellendorf, Jayden Bellendorf, and Aaron Bellendorf. She is also survived by loving sisters Louise Williams (Gene) and Lorriane Snowden. A special thanks to her Aunt Ella Mae Selmon, who was always there when needed.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents Henry White and Mary Phillips, her sister Shirley Phillip and brothers Joseph Ducre and Louis H. Frederick.
A native of Covington and a lifelong resident of Goodbee for the past 50 years. Mary retired in 2017 after working for Walmart Super center in Covington for over 20 years. She enjoyed greeting and helping guest, while working with her Walmart family. Mary enjoyed spending time outdoors working in the country. Her true passion was spending time outdoors with her family. Mary was loving, kind, and stern, a woman who will be missed by all that knew her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow the services in White Cemetery.
With COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing and face mask are required to attend services.
