Mary Edna Naquin's Obituary
Mary Edna Martinolich Naquin passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2007.
Beloved wife of the late Clay P. Naquin; mother of Lois Naquin Houck; and grandmother of Adrienne Meyers Willie and her husband Owen and Alice Meyers Bennett and her husband James. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great grandchildren and 2 great-great-great grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, Caroline Miller Martinolich; her father, Mike Martinolich; two brothers, Joseph and Louis Martinolich; three step sisters, Elise Bulot, Helen Schiro and Ethel Taillac; and a step brother, James White.
Age 98 years, a native of New Orleans, LA she had been a resident of Goodbee, LA for the past 41 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday, June 30, 2007 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Saturday will begin at 9:00 AM and continue until service time.
Interment will follow services in St. Roch Cemetery #2 in New Orleans, LA.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital or to the charity of ones choice.
