Mary West Lewis' Obituary
Mary West Lewis passed away Monday, January 17, 2011. She was born March 28, 1926 in Sturgis, MS to the late Clarence Henry and Geraldine Shropshire West and has been a resident of St. Tammany Parish since 1976.
The beloved wife of the late Harry W. Lewis, she is survived by her loving companion of 14 years, Harry Ledbetter, Sr.; two daughters, Donna Felthousen and Paula Rayner and one sister, Ella Goode. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kay Scimemi; three brothers and three sisters. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Matthew, Luke and Lyndsay Felthousen, Jason, Jaclyn and Jacob Rayner, Dina, Anthony, Mark Scimemi and seven great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at 3:30 PM on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
A wake is scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, 2011 from 6-8:00 PM with visiting hours beginning Thursday at 1:30 PM.
