Mary Verna Bomboy passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at the age of 78.
Beloved wife of the late Capt. William S. Bomboy. Loving mother of William “Billy” Bomboy of Mandeville, LA. Mother-in-law of Lori D. Bomboy. Daughter of the late Leah DiMarzio Verna and Luigi Verna. Sister of Joseph N. Verna of Natick, MA and Eugene A. Verna of N. Myrtle Beach, SC. Sister-in-law Irene A. Verna of Natick, MA and Barbara C. Verna of N. Myrtle Beach, SC. Grandmother of Meghan and Brittany Bomboy of Mandeville, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Monday, February 23, 2009 at 4:00 PM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 with visitation on Monday beginning at 3:00 PM until service time.
Interment will be at a later date in Fairview Cemetery in Hyde Park, MA.
