Marlene Lieber's Obituary
Marlene Lieber passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the age of 65.
Beloved wife of 43 years to Ray Lieber. Loving mother of Aaron Lieber and his wife, Erin, of Alvin, TX. Daughter of the late Edith Harper Franklin and Maurice Wagner Franklin. Adoring grandmother of seven including two sets of twins.
Marlene was a graduate of Louisiana State University and a member of their prestigious Golden Girls Dance Team and was also known in the Mandeville community for her many years of volunteer service for organizations like the St. Tammany Humane Society and the Junior League of Covington.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Marlene’s life at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 11:00 AM with a gathering on Wednesday beginning at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Lieber to be made to the St. Tammany Humane.
