Mark J. Foret, Sr.'s Obituary
Mark J. Foret, Sr., of Chalmette on Tuesday, January 24, 2006. Beloved Husband of Lauren Ruth Foret; father of Mark, Jr. and Brandon Foret. He is the son of Peter P. Foret, Jr. and Juanita Salorio Foret; brother of Dane, Peter, III and Cathey F. Latino. Son-in-law of Earl W. Ruth, Jr. and the late Yvonne D. Ruth. Also, survived by a sister-in-law, brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Age 47, a native of New Orleans and a long time resident of Chalmette, LA. He was a 1976 graduate of Nicholls High School, received an Associates Degree from Delgado Technical College and recently retired from Boh Brothers Construction Co. after 23 years as a Machinist. Relatives, friends of the family and employees of Methodist Hospital, the St. Bernard Parish School Board and Boh Brothers Construction are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Friday, January 27, 2006 at 7:00 PM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours will begin at 4:00 PM and continue after Mass until 10:00 PM. Interment will be at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens on Feb. 8, 2006.
