Marjorie Murphree Jenkins' Obituary
Marjorie Jo Murphree Jenkins passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2011.
Beloved mother of Marlin D. Jenkins (Margaret) and Edward L. Jenkins (Terry); and sister of Billie Adcock. She was also survived by eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Jenkins; a daughter, Nelda J. Falgoust; her mother, Eva Mae Gregory Murphree; her father, Roy M. Murphree; and a sister, Evelyn Young.
Age 83 years, she was a native of Eudora, AR and a resident of Franklinton, LA for the past 6 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, July 25, 2011 at 1:00 PM.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until service time. Interment will follow in Shepherd’s Fold Cemetery..
