Marie Sullivan Morgan's Obituary
Marie Sullivan Morgan passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at the age of 94.
Beloved wife of the late John Morgan, Sr. Loving mother of John (Jack) Morgan, Jr. and Lynn Cotaya (Skip). Daughter of the late Adel Garcia Sullivan and Cornelius Sullivan. Sister of the late Cornelius Sullivan, Jr. Grandmother of Kristin Cotaya and Timothy Cotaya. Great-grandmother of Taylor Cotaya.
Marie was born in Little Rock, AR and raised in Vicksburg, MS and New Orleans, LA. She and her husband had lived on the northshore since the mid-seventies.
She will be remembered for her dry sense of humor and the perpetual smile on her face. Marie was the strongest woman anyone ever met.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral services at, E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM with visitation on Monday beginning at 9:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Morgan to be made to the charity of your choice.
