Marie Carmel Schroth Frazier's Obituary
Marie Carmel Schroth Seibert Frazier, age 89, died on November 2, 2021, at Covington, Louisiana. Marie was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on October 17, 1932, to Edward Schroth and Amelda Haas.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters, Imelda Murphree, Evelyn Harrison, Joyce Tate, and Lois Woodford, and brothers Edward Norton Schroth and Edward Jackie Schroth, who died as infants. Marie was married to Clifford Seibert, Jr. from October 15, 1949, until his death in August 1994; and was then married to Raymond T. Frazier on December 13, 1997, until his death in January, 2008. In 2012, Marie moved to Covington, Louisiana, living first at The Village in the Oaks and then at Forest Manor Nursing Home. She is survived by her four children, Melanie (Wiley) Billingsley, Maureen (Dennis) Adams, Marie Therese Seibert, and Roch E. (Michelle) Seibert, four grandchildren Delane (Chris) Cogburn, Tammy L'Hoste, Marisa Stafford and Connor Seibert, and great-granddaughter, Kylie Cogburn, as well as step-son Michael (Sherri) Frazier, and other Frazier family in Virginia.
