Margaret Loyd's Obituary
Margaret Louise Quave Taylor Loyd passed away on Monday, January 23, 2012.
Beloved wife of 46 years to Troy Lee Loyd; loving mother of Shannon Loyd (Kathy); loving grandmother of Ty and Ali; and sister of MelvaLynn Land. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Henry Taylor; her mother, Marie Nolan Quave; her father, Melvin Quave; a sister, Cecilia Revere; a brother, Randy Quave; and two half brothers, Ronald Quave and Clyde Quave.
Age 66 years, she was a native of Abita Springs, LA and a resident of Covington, LA for the past 46 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at New Zion Baptist Church, 17387 New Zion Church Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 12:00 Noon.
Visitation AT THE CHURCH on Wednesday will be from 10:00 AM until service time.
Interment will follow services at New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to the New Zion Baptist Church Building Fund, 17387 New Zion Church Road, Covington, LA 70435.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to E.J. Fielding Funeral Home of Covington, LA.
