We are so sorry for your loss. You are in our prayers.
Marcella, You were a joy and treasure to have as a neighbour at Christwood.
To Warren and family,
I am sorry for your loss. God's peace to all of you.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. Marcella was a Southern Lady and will be remembered by many friends.
Dear Illing Family, On behalf of the George W. Stokes, Sr. family, I want to extend our deepest sympathy and love. Your mother and my mother Dorothy (Dottie) Stokes were avid bridge players in the same bridge group for over 20 years. They became even better friends when my brother Chris and Scott were in kindergarten carpools. It is with fond memories that I remmember your mother's performances at Playmakers Theatre in Covington. Also, I remember when I was presented at Krewe of Olympia Mardi Gras Ball she taught the court how to curtsy with grace and poise. May her memories sustain and comfort now and always. God bless you all,
George-Ann Stokes-Townsend and Family

Dear old dear friends, So sorry to hear Cella is no longer with us. What a shinnig light she was. To me always sweet and always happy. She and your dad are certainly a large part of my memories in NO. and Covington. Wonderful across the street neighbors and dear friends and fun loving people. Still love to think of your Mom and dad and dancing at LSU! She told great stories! Hate that the old guard I love so much is pretty much gone except for Anita. We were blessed to have known them. Love to all especially you Bunnie and Kathy. My sympathy to your whole family.i am thinking of you. Love you, Sheri
One of the joys of our lives has been knowing, and for a time, living next door to, Warren and Marcella. What a great family! They have enriched a lot of people in this town and region. We wish you well. Roy and Jackie Gregory
