Manuel "Manny" Daniel Soto's Obituary
Manuel “Manny” Daniel Soto passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024. He was born in Havana, Cuba on July 21, 1945.
He is survived by his loving children, Danny Soto, Ryan Soto (Ashley), and Jason Soto. He is also survived by his loving companion, Cynthia Deviney; his cousin, Isa Socarras and nieces, nephews and wonderful lifelong friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Cristina Falcon Soto and Juan Manuel Soto.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Manny was a Cuban Immigrant. He was raised in Key West, FL as a child with his father and lived with family. He loved fishing and boating. Manny was a dedicated and loving husband and father. After serving in Vietnam, he received his degree in Construction Management and built many of the schools on the Northshore in St. Tammany Parish.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial services at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Avenue, Covington Louisiana on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM with visitation on Monday beginning at 12:00 noon.
