You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. I know that Lucille must have been very proud of the love and commitment you and Craig have for one another. She can rest peacefully knowing what great children she and Max have raised together. It truely shows in the relationship that the two of you have together.
MAX, I WANTED TO BE THERE WITH YOU TODAY TO SAY GOODBYE TO A FRIEND OF 75 YEARS. LOUCILLE WAS MY FIRST DATE AND YOU WERE MY BEST FRIEND. GROWING UP TOGETHER WAS WONDERFUL. Max and Family, I just saw Lou's death notice in the paper and was unable to attend the service. I wanted you to know you were both often in my thoughts as of late. I seem to be thinking about all the antics Craig and Rick often pulled on us (many wonderful memories). All of you will be in my prayers. I know God will give all you the strength to see you through this time of mourning.

Dear Uncle and cousins, want to express to you my sorrow in the death of Aunt Lou. I am so sorry I could not be there, as I have had alot of problem with my knee and might need third surgery. I always have only the best of memories of her, and know how terrible this is for your families.

My love and sympathy go out to your entire family. Know that the memories we all have of our childhood and the visits to the Guillot home are happy ones. I too remember us all rolling down the hill in the front yard. Also staying with Daisy at Max and Lou's house each year so Dad and Mom can go to the Sugar Bowl game with them. Here is a little prayer that has gotten me through this pass year since I lost Daryl:
GOD saw LOU was getting tired. And a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around her and whispered come with Me. With tearful eyes we watched her suffer. And saw her fade away. Although we loved her deeply. We could make her stay. A golden heart stopped beating. Hard working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us. HE only takes the BEST!
