Louise Octavia LeBlanc Rudesill's Obituary
Louise Octavia LeBlanc Rudesill passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2008.
For 61 years, she was the beloved wife of Walter Rudesill who preceded her in death. A loving foster parent of four, she was the beloved aunt of Edie Huffman, Dale Burgess, Kay Caruso, Heather Doolittle, Joey Burgess and Brian Caruso. She is survived by three generations of nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Louise Reinhardt LeBlanc; her father, Joseph Edgar LeBlanc, Sr.; and her siblings, Joseph Edgar LeBlanc, Jr., Dorothy LeBlanc Pete and Loys LeBlanc Fury.
Age 97 years, she was a native of New Orleans, LA and was a resident of Folsom, LA since 1958. She taught at St. John’s Catholic School in Folsom for 50 years, was employed and retired from First National Bank of St. Tammany and was a volunteer at St. Tammany Hospital for many years.
Relatives and friends of the family gathered for funeral services on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Interment followed in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
