Louis Joseph Royer, age 41, of New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away on
Thursday, July 9, 2020 in Covington, Louisiana. He was born on February 6, 1979 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Michael Royer and Georgia Smith Royer.
Louis is survived by his loving wife, Stacy Couvillion Royer; and daughter, Adissen Laine-Karen Royer. He is also survived by his mother, Georgia Royer, brother, Todd Royer and grandmother, Clarice Mier Royer.
He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Royer and grandfather, Joseph Gervais Royer.
Louis was a beloved husband, father, friend, brother, son and grandson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church, 2320 Paris Road, Chalmette, LA 70043 on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 12:00 PM with visitation on beginning at 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held following mass at Azienda Theater, 2000 Paris Road, Chalmette, LA 70043. Interment will be held at a later date at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, 2280 W 21st Avenue, Covington, LA.
